How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centres based on your location. The average shipping time is 9-12 business days once your order has been shipped out.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-7 days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 9-12 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at email@example.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
At Salti Couture, your satisfaction is our priority, and we greatly appreciate your business. Please be informed that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide the option for exchanges or issuing store credit.
If you wish to make an exchange, we're more than happy to assist within 15 days from the original purchase date. For this, you'll need to provide a valid receipt and ensure the original tags remain attached to the garment. Similarly, we accept returns within the same 15-day period, and in response, you'll receive store credit. Please remember to have your valid receipt and all tags intact on the item for this process.
Please note that items on "Final Sale" like Sale Items, are not eligible for in-store exchanges.
If you've received an online order that was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help. Our customer service team will guide you through receiving a full refund to your original payment method under such circumstances.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please email customer support and we will sort it out for you! at email@example.com
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
